What we do

How we help

We help Sudanese families across the West Midlands and the Black Country.
Our focus is Sudanese people, but we help anyone who needs support.

Settling in and local services

Moving to a new country brings a lot of questions. We explain how things work in the UK, from doctors and schools to housing and benefits.

We help you find the right service near you. If we can't help you ourselves, we'll find someone who can.

Food and emergency support

If you need food, we help you find a food bank near you. If you're in an urgent situation, we help you find emergency support.

If you or someone else is in danger, call 999.

Education and learning

We help children and young people with school, and help adults find classes and courses, including English classes.

Safety and wellbeing

We help you understand your rights, and put you in touch with local services that can keep you and your family safe and well.

Business and work

Want to start a business, or looking for work? We can tell you about business support and help you meet people who can advise you.

Meeting others

Life in a new place can be lonely. We help Sudanese families meet each other, and we work with Sudanese community groups across the region.

We also work with other organisations, so people get the right help.
